Where we ship

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Enter your delivery address to see the available shipping option and cost.

Processing and delivery times

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

These estimates begin when your order ships and do not include processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Customs processing, busy periods, or carrier delays may extend delivery times.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs and any free shipping offer are shown at checkout before you place your order. Rates vary by destination. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may cost more than shipping to the contiguous United States.

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that are not collected at checkout are the recipient’s responsibility.

Tracking your order

We’ll email you a tracking link when your order ships. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email support@mrwagoo.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We’ll try to update it, but may be unable to make changes after your order has been processed or shipped.

Delayed, missing, or damaged deliveries

If your order is significantly delayed, tracking shows it was delivered but you cannot find it, or your package arrives damaged, email support@mrwagoo.com with your order number. For damage, please include photos of the package and item. We’ll investigate and help resolve the issue.

If we cannot ship your order within the stated processing time, we’ll contact you about the delay and your options, including cancellation and a refund for items that have not shipped.
