Refund policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all included parts unopened. Please have your order number or proof of purchase ready.

To request a return, email support@mrwagoo.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we’ll email you the full return address and instructions. Please do not send an item back before contacting us. Returns sent without a request may not be accepted.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. You must email us the return tracking number after shipping the item so we can locate and verify its delivery. A refund cannot be approved until we receive and inspect the return. Please keep your shipping receipt until the return is complete.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@mrwagoo.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review it and let you know how we’ll resolve it.

Exchanges

You can request an exchange for a different version of the fountain within 30 days of delivery. The fountain must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all included parts unopened.

Email support@mrwagoo.com with your order number and the version you’d like instead. We’ll confirm availability and provide the return address and instructions. You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, and you must email us the tracking number after sending the item back. We’ll arrange the exchange after we receive and inspect your return. If there is a price difference between versions, we’ll explain it before proceeding.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we’ll issue it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, email support@mrwagoo.com.

European Union cancellation rights

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you may also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Email support@mrwagoo.com within that period to tell us you wish to cancel. We’ll provide the return address and instructions. You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This section does not limit your rights under applicable law.
